Please fill out the “Sponsorship Request Form” below and attach any relevant documents (i.e. agreements, terms & conditions, invoices, flyers, etc.) to help the Community, Branding, and Policy teams fully understand the needs of your request.
How it works:
- Please answer all of the questions to fill out the Sponsorship Request. It must be completed in full
- All sponsorships will be reviewed
- Once reviewed, we will provide you with a confirmation of receipt and “by when” delivery date
- Be prepared to answer any additional questions
