Zac Redman represents SUPERNAP in a wide range of transactional matters, including U.S. and international development, financing, real estate and internal governance.
Prior to joining SUPERNAP, Zac practiced business, finance and real estate law with Snell & Wilmer LLP in Las Vegas, Nevada. He represented and advised public and private companies engaged in business acquisitions, mergers, equity offerings, restructuring, development and secured transactions. Zac also negotiated and prepared commercial agreements relating to the ownership and operation of businesses and real property.
Prior to his relocation to Las Vegas, Zac practiced with the International Trade Group at Baker & Hostetler in Washington, DC. Zac represented and advised foreign companies, associations and foreign governments in various international trade matters before U.S. regulatory agencies, federal courts and international dispute resolution panels, including NAFTA and WTO proceedings.
Zac holds a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, B.A.I.S. in Latin American Studies and B.A. in Spanish from Ohio University.
