Tracy Brown

VP Talent Development

As Vice President of Talent Development, Tracy is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution and management of SUPERNAP employee learning and professional development. She manages an awesome team that develops and maintains departmental training, creates interactive learning events, manages compliance training and measures overall program effectiveness.

Prior to joining Switch, Tracy developed and delivered high-potential employee and management training programs for companies such as Cisco and Apple. She was responsible for training teams in the US, Europe and Asia. These programs supported a variety of functional areas, including customer service, operations, human resources, corporate leadership development, engineering and worldwide sales force training.

Tracy is a skilled classroom facilitator and executive coach with over 15 years of global training experience. Her areas of focus have been team building, communications, conflict management, leadership, influence and negotiation. Tracy works with community outreach programs where she speaks to students on career choices and important life skills.
