Rob Elliott is Vice President of Government and Public Affairs for SUPERNAP. His organizational portfolio includes federal, state and local policy, along with leadership in issue advocacy. Strategically aligning all components of public relations, media communications and internal communications to support the company’s goals is also a critical component of Rob’s focus. Additionally, Rob leads the team at the Innevation Center, Powered by Switch, in Las Vegas, ensuring it continues to meet and grow its mission as the center of Nevada’s innovation economy.
Prior to joining Switch, Rob’s distinguished career in public and private sector included executive leadership positions with the Office of the Nevada Governor, the Nevada Secretary of State’s office, the Nevada Legislature, the United States Senate, MGM Resorts International and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
A life-long Nevadan, Rob is active in the community through his work on the Nevada Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Coalition Advisory Committee, the Nevada Preservation Foundation, the Human Rights Campaign and the Animal Foundation.
